Dig Dug 200/200
May 17, 2008 – 15:38It seemed like only yesterday that I went over the average score for Dig Dug. It was actually two days ago. I never thought I’d get the other 50 points in Dig Dug mainly because it just seemed like too much effort for such a little amount of gamer points.
But I just couldn’t leave well enough alone. The one achievement worth 35 points didn’t give me much trouble thanks to the game letting you skip levels. But it was the last one that gave me a lot of heartache. You need to clear every amount of dirt on the map. It’s extremely difficult because the enemies just follow you and there is a lot of dirt.
I almost had it last night, I had just a sliver left when I died. I didn’t think I did, but what do I know. I tried again this morning a couple times and I managed to get it. So now I’m 200/200 in my sixth XBLA title. Go me!
